OUR CUSTOM EXCHANGE POLICY Our Promise to our Customers ... If you receive your Custom Items & feel they do not fit properly, we assure our Customers that we will Re-Design your order, in a new size, as long as it is a Size we offer. Email us at jita@jitawear to get a return authorization, then simply return your item/items, in the exact same condition as you received them, to the return address on your package, within 2 weeks, & we will return your Newly Re-Designed Order within 1 short week, Free of charge. Jita Swim and Island Wear is not responsible for items returned without a return authorization. All original tags must be attached to the garments (no exceptions). Please include written instructions on a copy of your order of Size-Exchange needed, & your Return Authorization Number should be written on the outside of the box. It's that simple! Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, with odor or laundered can not be taken back. Due to the nature of individually ordered hand crafted custom designs, this is a one time redesign of sizing offer, and not for colors/prints, styles or refunds. If extra small or any other unusual special sizing is included under Special Instructions, other than sizes offered on each item, then the exchange policy does not apply.
