OUR CUSTOM EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Promise to our Customers ... If you receive your Custom Items & feel for Any Reason that they do not fit properly for your taste, we assure our Customers that we will Re-Design the Entire Order, in a new size, as long as it is a Size we offer. Email us at help@hemphuggers to get a return authorization, then simply return your item/items, in the exact same condition as you received them, to the return address on your package, within 2 weeks, & we will return your Newly Re-Designed Order within 1 short week, Free of charge. Hemp Huggers is not responsible for items returned without a return authorization. All original tags must be attached to the garments (no exceptions). Please include written instructions of Size-Exchange needed, & your Return Authorization Number. It's that simple! Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, with odor or laundered can NOT be taken back.
