OUR CUSTOM EXCHANGE POLICY
Our Promise to our Customers ...
If you receive your Custom Item & feel it does not fit properly, we assure our Customers
that we will Re-Design your item, in a new size
(one size larger or smaller only)
provided it is a Size we offer, and our exchange policy is adhered to by our Customer.
Email us at jita@jitawear.com to get a return authorization,
then simply return your item in the exact same condition as you received it
to the return address on your package by Priority Mail, Insured for the price of the item,
within 2 weeks & we will return your Newly Re-Designed Item Free of Charge.
Note: International exchanges and all exchanges over $300 may
be subject to
minimal additional shipping charges and/or service fees for re-design issues.
Jita Swim & Island Wear is not responsible
for an item returned without a return authorization.
All original tags must be attached to the garment (no exceptions).
Please include written instructions on a copy of your order of Size-Exchange needed,
& your Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the box.
It's that simple!
Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged,
with odor or laundered can not be taken back.
Due to the nature of individually ordered hand crafted custom designs,
this is a one time redesign of sizing offer, and not for colors/prints, styles
or refunds.
If an unusual request for special sizing is requested via Email,
other than sizes offered on each item, exchanges are not allowed.
